NAMA TAnDem: Active Transport and Travel Demand Management in Colombia

This documents describes the full concept of the NAMA TAnDem – “NAMA de Transporte Activo y Gestión de la Demanda” in Spanish – including its objectives, planned measures and expected impacts, the technical support required, as well as the monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) framework and a financing concept.
The overall goal of the NAMA is to increase the modal share of cycling by 9% in all cities subject to the NAMA by 2030, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation and improving the quality of life of urban citizens (e.g. improved air quality and access to mobility, reduced accident rates).
